This month we will go Hartland studying BENDS on the way. Such great roads and a destination to evoke that awesome feeling of the power of the sea. Not sure where the tide will be. However the scenery is truly wonderful with a great Pub Lunch. To get to it we down a steep toll road (Bikes Free) to a car park on the cliff edge. Good food, great prices and awesome views.

We will start from Costa Coffee at Junction 27 on the M5, fuel available. Meet at 09:00 with stands up at 09:30. Then it is cross country to Torrington where we stop for refreshments and toilets. About 1hr 10 min from start. Just under another hour takes us to Hartland for a lunch ( I will need to let the pub know numbers).

After lunch back to the Atlantic Highway via a small road and onto Bideford where we can, if you wish, have the best ices available with chocolate stick and clotted cream. Then it is up to South Molton for afternoon tea and more cream should desire a cream tea.

After we head back to Tiverton Junction 27 via a great twisty well surfaced road.

The route is about 126 miles. Any volunteers for Sweeper????

Great ride on Sunday Dave. Cracking roads and the lunch venue was superb.
Appreciate your efforts and also Dave p for sweeping and Stan for his constructive comments and advice.
The bike almost didn’t make it but some gaffer tape and some TLC and I made it home
